About Us

Bart Misiak

I would like to invite you to join us on the journey of becoming a better version of yourself! We are starting this blog to share our knowledge about fitness and nutrition, and motivate anyone who genuinely wants to improve the quality of their life. My background derives primarily from playing football, coaching and being a referee. I played at Plattsburgh State University where I received numerous individual and team awards. I have been lifting weights for 6 years now and I am more than happy to share my knowledge and experiences with you guys.  I hope you enjoy reading this blog and best of luck with your fitness journey!

I believe there is no secret formula to reaching goals, just takes hard work, dedication, and a little mental instability (who wants to give up fun to be successful... the crazy... A.K.A.... the successful). I specialize predominantly in training athletes, but also power lifting and bodybuilding. I like a no bull shit approach to fitness and strength and conditioning. Big believer in nutritional medicine and let the body heal itself rather than over the counter drugs.

Grzegorz "Greg" Lewandowski

I received a soccer scholarship to play at Lincoln Memorial University, where I also completed my bachelors in Athletic Therapy. After completion, I decided to try and pursue a career in soccer in Poland. Soccer has always been and is still my passion, but over the years, I developed a strong interest for dissecting the science behind how the body works. It was then, I decided it was time to hang up the boots in favor of pursuing a career in strength and conditioning. Soon after, I got certified through the NSCA as strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) and enrolled in a Masters program at Maastricht University in Biology of Human Performance and Health. Now with a master's degree, it is time to help others achieve their health and fitness goals!

Martial Artist, Certified Trainer, Writer and Leader. I specializes in physical training and developing the mental side of the equation.

I work with different clients; I focus on losing fat and building lean muscle. I especially work with those who struggle with motivation.
I'm huge on innovation and creativity in training programs, and love to inspire and help people in becoming the best version of themselves.

I'm on a mission to change the way people think, feel and workout, and if you're on a mission to grow, then my goal is to help make it happen.

I am a CanFitPro certified Personal Trainer, and hold a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science & Philosophy, a Masters in International Relations & Globalization and am currently completing my Masters of Science in Public Relations & Strategic Communications from NYU. I have been active all my life starting when I was young swimming, skiing and equestrian riding. It was over a decade ago, in my early twenties, that I found the weight room and fell in love with the world of fitness.
With my background you can be confident in my abilities to talk frankly and succinctly regarding all things health & wellness. I specialize in hormonal imbalances, food in-tolerances and weight-loss. The biggest battle to overcome is the one with yourself and I hope this blog inspires you to believe....not only are you capable, but deserving of becoming your best self.

The human body is one of the most inspiring machines and it needs fuel to function- recognizing what foods keep everything running smoothly requires thought, focus, and personal accountability for missteps. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and the next step in my professional journey is completing an internship at Cornell University. Nutrition involves everything I’m interested in; food, cooking, biology, chemistry, culture and conversation. It’s my goal to find a balance in life and to help others find theirs. Healthy diets develop not only a sound body but a sound mind as well. I’m looking forward to sharing what I know and what I’m learning from experience and the textbook.
